Ottawa-based Interset Software Inc., a developer and provider of cyber-threat protection software, has been acquired by UK-based Micro Focus. The Ontario Emerging Technologies Fund first invested in Interset (then GridIron Software Inc.) in 2011 alongside Propulsion Ventures and other investors.
